Glad that Derek and Stiles were able to find Scott. Also glad that Scott was able to be able to be at the dance with Allison. Scott was cured. Yay!!!!

Can't wait to read more Teen Wolf books!!!!

10 of the Dumbest Things in Teen Wolf: Bite Me #3 (And Only 10 Things Because There Were So Many)

1. The entire explanation of the infection that is keeping Scott in his shift. An infection that mutates every minute so that werewolf healing does not affect it? Who came up with it? Did the hunters? Do they have scientists working for them now?

2. Characterizing Mrs. Argent as a woman who is frustrated by the hunters ruining her night out. Canon Mrs. Argent does not take a night out to see a werewol

2. Characterizing Mrs. Argent as a woman who is frustrated by the hunters ruining her night out. Canon Mrs. Argent does not take a night out to see a werewolf romance film. Canon Mrs. Argent is an intense badass who has no separation between her personal life and her hunter life.

3. The panels of Allison in her bra and underwear reading text messages. Why is this necessary? This, ladies and gentleman and non-binary folks, is what forced sexualization of female characters looks like. There is no good reason for Allison to be half naked other than catering to the male gaze.

4. Lydia's hair being straight up blonde. She is a strawberry blonde, goddamnit. Also, she would never wear a simple long-sleeved top with khakis. Lydia would be offended by the very idea.

5. The Argent's elaborate werewolf containment warehouse. Where is this place? How are they keeping this place secret? This warehouse is ridiculous, and it convinces me that David Tischman has never watched one minute of Teen Wolf or read a plot summary and just decided, "Werewolves? Werewolf hunters? They must have an elaborate warehouse."

6. Derek's convoluted plan. (view spoiler)[ He wanted Scott to be captured by the hunters so that Derek could find their secret base so he could set off an explosion there? In retaliation for the Hale house fire? What? (hide spoiler)] First off, since when does Derek Hale make plans like this? Second, it seems like a lot of attention to draw to himself when hunters are looking for him and no one knows where the Alpha is.

7. Allison dressing up as Little Red Riding Hood. Would Allison ever dress up in this costume? No. Would Stiles? Absolutely. Scott as the wolf in the grandmother's clothes is solid though.

8. Lydia's costume is a bikini. Just a bikini. Really? Still, Stiles' Hans Solo costume makes my life, and I love the implication that Danny came to Lydia's birthday party in a meat dress. Go Danny!

9. Stiles' Hans Solo costume is actually a pirate, and I am so disappointed.

10. I am a Scallison shipper, but I found them particularly annoying in this series. Allison is reduced to little more than a romantic lead, and Scott continues to frustrate.

I liked how this volume took a different spin from the TV series. I feel like either these comics have to display different stories or "tales" other than what is portrayed in the show, or they have to stick to the show really well. Allison, Mrs Argent and Lydia are way stronger characters than those depicted. This was as bad as the last 3 seasons of Teen Wolf.

Besides the fact that it was a horribly written comic, the scene where it sexualizes Allison and in the same frame, admit to her being 17, is disgusting.
